Apple has released iOS 7.0.3 (11B511) to fix a few bugs and add some features, like iCloud Keychain and Password Generator. There are also four downloads for the new iPad, though I’m not yet sure which versions correlate to which features. If you’re looking to jailbreak, Musclenerd seems to think 7.0.3 is just as safe as any earlier 7.0.x.

Apple has released iOS 6.0.2 to fix a Wi-Fi bug (that’s all their support doc says on it) in the iPhone 5 and iPad mini. There are reports that this version has problems with battery life, possibly related to Wi-Fi. You may wish to hold off on this for now.
