Apple has released iOS 7.0.3 (11B511) to fix a few bugs and add some features, like iCloud Keychain and Password Generator. There are also four downloads for the new iPad, though I’m not yet sure which versions correlate to which features. If you’re looking to jailbreak, Musclenerd seems to think 7.0.3 is just as safe as any earlier 7.0.x.
